Get in touch with your community federation to create your chess club.
When your club is created, you will received access to the player management from the RBCF for managing member chess players.
In this player management module, you will be able to add new player, modify their details, etc…
Twice a year, you receive a bill of the RBCF, incurring affiliation fees according to the amount of members of your chess club on September 15^th and May 31^st.
The membership fee is valid from September 1^st to August 31^st of the year after. Affiliations after June 1^st count until august 31^st of the next year.
The membership fee is €15 per player, regardless of age.
