New membership system – call for participation in testing

This is a call for participation in the testing phase of our new membership system. We are looking for players and club administrators that can help us identify gaps and provide feedback on the first implementation.

The new membership system is developped by our partner SoWhat! and is based on the Odoo ecosystem. The contact module is customized to provide the needed functionality for the RBCF.

We need two distinct groups of testers to provide feedback on the current implementation:

Club administrators: Manage your club members directly. We need you to test viewing and editing club member details, processing member transfers, and affiliating new players to your club.

Individual players: Log in to your personal dashboard, verify your historical data, and test the ease of updating your own profile information.

Why participate?

This is a first-stage basic implementation. While the core functionality is ready, we know there are gaps to fill and workflows to polish. By participating, you help us identify bugs and suggest usability improvements before the full rollout.

Note: Additional features and advanced modules will be integrated based on the results of this testing phase.

How to join the test team

The testing period is active now and will run through the end of May. If you are interested in helping us build a better digital membership system, please get in touch.

1. Full Name
2. Email Address
3. Registration Number (Stamnummer/Matricule)
4. Role: (Specify if you are testing as an individual Player or as a Club Administrator)

Once registered, we will provide you with your login credentials and brief documentation.
