Hereby the definitive calendar. There were no changes in the divisions and series compared to the previous calendar version. The only change I made has to do with tab “Paringen” for the sixth division. For the teams with pairing number 7 there was a wrong value in cel F37. There stood the value “HOME” while in round 4 pairing number 7 plays “AWAY”. But the value in cel I37 (ie 37) was correct. (This is probably the reason why some teams didn’t notice this earlier.)
Attention for the teams in division 6J. You have a different pairing table. See separate tab named “6J” in the definitive calendar. But this means also that you can NOT use the planification and the result module of Interclub Manager. The only way to give the results, is to pass it on by mail to interclubs@frbe-kbsb-ksb.be. I will try to make a more suitable excel formular to send the results, but unfortunately, this will be starting from round 2.
Also for all clubs. We urge you to use the planification tool within the Interclub Manager tool. In this module you can check even the team compositions and it will also help you to loose less time while entering the results on Sunday evenings.
Finally, the previous years no warnings or financial penalties were given to late entries of results. Starting from this year there will be again warnings and financial penalties. For your information: clubs have to enter (and sign) the results before midnight on Sunday evening for their home playing teams and before noon on Monday for their away playing teams. If changes were made by clubs of the away teams, the clubs of the home teams must confirm (sign) the results before 20h on Monday evening.
