To ensure smooth and effective communication, we kindly ask all clubs to verify their contact details in our database. Accurate information helps us address the right people for specific purposes, and ensures that our official communication reaches you.

How to verify your club details in the Club Manager

1. Log in to the Club Manager: Navigate to the Club Manager via the following link: Club Manager. Use your credentials to log in.
2. Verify Your Details: Check all the listed contact information and update any outdated or incorrect entries.

While you are at it, verify your club details on the Chess clubs in Belgium map. In case of inconsistencies, update your Club details in the Club Manager. Data is synchronized every 24 hours.

Also verify your details in the Interclub Manager

If your club participates in the Interclub competition, we also ask you to review your details in the Interclub Manager.

1. Log in to the Interclub Manager: go to the Interclub Manager via this link: Interclub Manager. Log in with your Interclub credentials.
2. Verify your details: Ensure all contact information is current and accurate for the smooth organization of the competition.
