Luxembourg Province Championship – 2nd Edition

The second edition of the Championnat de la Province de Luxembourg will be held in Arlon on Sunday, August 31, 2025. Organized by the Arlon club – one of the youngest clubs in the country and already the largest in the province – this event promises to be another highlight on the Belgian chess calendar.

Last year’s event was a great success, with French Grandmaster Anthony Wirig (2489 Elo) as the winner. This year, more than €2,000 in prizes will be awarded again, including €700 for the winner.
