A General Meeting is scheduled for 18 January 2025.
At the last GA, the number of full members present was not enough to vote on the amendments to the Articles of Association. At this GA, whatever the number of members present, we will be able to vote.
The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the possibilities for sanctions and to create a body independent of the board to take sanctions.
