Login issues with the Interclub Manager

Members who try to have access to the Interclub Manager, can experience email/password issues. The login credentials of the new Player Manager (Odoo) are used to login to the Interclub Manager

Please take the following guidelines into account if you are experiencing login issues with the Interclub Manager

• Make sure you have the correct access rights defined in the Club Manager. If you are not sure you have these rights, asks someone from you club, who has access, to grant you the access rights for the Interclub Manager.
• Go to https://blog.frbe-kbsb-ksb.be/interclub-2024-25-protected-view/ and verify if you can sign in
• Go to https://frbe-kbsb.odoo.com and see if you can sign in there. If not, following the instructions there to reset your password. Once successful retry the 1st link.
• Currently you cannot activate the 2FA for the Odoo login. The Interclub Manager does not accept it.
• If you are behind a firewall (e.g. company owned PC), the traffic can be blocked. Please try to use a device that is direclty connected to the Internet.
• Make sure you are running a PC, tablet or smartphone with an up to date version of the OS.
• Use the most recent version or the version before of a well recognized browser: Google Chrome, Internet Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Brave, Opera.

• reply to this post, mentioning your name and club.
• identify your device and the OS version (the most recent versions are: Win 11, macOS Tahoe, Ubuntu 26.04, iOS 25, Android 16).
• identify your browser type and version.
