Stepping down as president at next General Assembly

Laurent Wery     28.05.2025    4

Nearly two years ago, I was chosen to lead the RBCF. A term normally lasts three years, but after much reflection, I have to face the fact that I no longer have the necessary time to devote to chess: I am relaunching my independent physiotherapy practice and have other projects in the pipeline. Instead of diminishing the quality of my services to the RBCF, I have therefore decided to resign at the next General Assembly Meeting. This meeting will therefore be an opportunity to elect a new president.

The BA invites all those motivated by the future of chess in Belgium to consider applying: every commitment counts.

Jammer om lezen maar tegelijk begrijpelijk. Je was naar mijn mening goed bezig om de KBSB een nieuwe elan te geven!. Bedankt voor je tijd en inspanningen.
