Our new membership system is scheduled to go live in the week of August 3rd, 2026. At that point in time, we migrate our existing player database to the new Odoo system. We foresee a period of a couple of days to make the migration, during which no player management will be possible.
The migration is scheduled to minimize impact to clubs and players:
We thus use August to migrate and foresee some spare time to manage any last-minute modifications.
The existing system has served us very well, but in the meantime is outdated and disconnected from other tools. The system is complex in use and needs a lot of time for maintenance.
By migrating to a new, cloud-based system, we are able to not only increase efficiency in our operations, but also gradually expand with other functionalities in use at the RBCF. The goal is to offer our members a more unified and modern service.
That they will be using a new interface and system to manage their affiliated members. The system is already available in test version here.
We will provide further documentation and instructions for first use during go-live.

Earlier this year, the RBCF launched a call for participation to help evaluate and rethink our current membership model. In response, a group of volunteers stepped forward to form a dedicated working group, tasked with analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the current system and exploring possible improvements. With this post we give you a status update of this workgroup, and ask for feedback on several ideas.

Heel benieuwd naar de functionaliteiten. Het zou prachtig zijn als we dit bv. kunnen gebruiken voor ledenwerving (clubwebsite.be/inschrijven = Payconiqcode voor betaling etc). Een mens moet durven dromen natuurlijk! 😀

11.07.2026 - 09:12zeker een super interessant en valabel idee Niels! In eerste instantie willen we met de introductie van het nieuwe ledenbeheersysteem de overgang maken van een obsolete platform naar een modern, geconnecteerd ecosysteem op basis van Odoo. Dat zal initieel beperkt zijn tot de contactenmodule, maar (mogelijks weet je dit) Odoo heeft een heel scala aan apps die verbonden kunnen worden, om oa bovenstaande idee realiteit te maken.
Wordt vervolgd, de timing en uitvoering zijn nog onderhevig aan discussie en prioriteiten.

Pour moi, c’est la plus importante et surtout la plus utile de tout le site.
On y retrouve presque toutes les informations nécessaires, sauf les ardesses et les points de contact des clubs.

Dans un premier temps, le nouveau système contienera une nouvelle vue d’ensemble des joueurs. Cette vue d’ensemble vous permettra de rechercher par nom et de filtrer par fédération et par club.
Le gestionnaire de club n’est pas encore inclus dans la migration, mais nous prévoyons qu’il le sera prochainement. Par conséquent, une vue d’ensemble de tous les clubs ne sera disponible que dans un second temps.
