New membership system go-live planned 3-7 August, 2026

Our new membership system is scheduled to go live in the week of August 3rd, 2026. At that point in time, we migrate our existing player database to the new Odoo system. We foresee a period of a couple of days to make the migration, during which no player management will be possible.

The migration is scheduled to minimize impact to clubs and players:

• transfer period ends July 31st
• Interclub subscription period ends July 31st
• Interclub player management starts typically in September

We thus use August to migrate and foresee some spare time to manage any last-minute modifications.

Why migrating to a new membership system?

The existing system has served us very well, but in the meantime is outdated and disconnected from other tools. The system is complex in use and needs a lot of time for maintenance.

By migrating to a new, cloud-based system, we are able to not only increase efficiency in our operations, but also gradually expand with other functionalities in use at the RBCF. The goal is to offer our members a more unified and modern service.

What does this mean for our clubs and players?

That they will be using a new interface and system to manage their affiliated members. The system is already available in test version here.

We will provide further documentation and instructions for first use during go-live.
